20 lunges
30 air squats
20 lunges
10 push ups

Strength
Emom x 10
Min 1- 10 ring rows/or 5 hspu(if ring rows are easy now.. do 5 and 5 of 1 arm ring rows)
Min 2- plank for 45 sec (more advance hold a handstand for 30 sec)

Conditioning
50 empty bar back squats
40 one arm kb swing (20 per arm)
30 empty bar push press
20 empty bar front squats
10 empty bar thrusters
